Annie's damage is insane (and her passive also)

Dear Riot, can you please reduce the damage on all annie's spells and her reduce her passive's stun beacuse once upon a time i was in a teamfight and we were winning until annie and w to do a penta. and he ult does more damage than a sunfire cape. Why does her q brings her half mana cost mana and reduce cooldown of her Q by half too. Please notice this and it will be wonderful to see a nerf of . Thank you and see you next time.
