Urgot Potential ult update

I was wonder what would make urgot a little worthy of a pick and i was thinking if his ult also swapped health as well, how much effect would that have on a team fight, say hes almost dead swaps with tank boom full health with maybe %50 shield for extra health. it would be an easy update without changing his main characteristics... idk if this belongs here but feel free to criticize <3
