[Champion Concept] Myra, The Lone Huntress
Hey all, first champ concept, it came on spur of the moment so I'm definitely open to changes and suggestions.
In every game I've played I've always enjoyed playing as a rogue style character or hunter, and this kind of goes towards that. I love the idea of trapping people and hunting them down.
Myra is a viking-esque female that wields a dagger and vicious looking axe to deal damage.
Kind of obvious, this is a pretty jungle-centric champion (one of my favorite roles).

Cull the Weak (Passive): Myra's abilities Mark targets, basic attacking the target consumes the mark and deals % max health Physical damage, increasing the lower health an enemy is, starting at 50%. Monsters take increased damage up to a cap.
Feral Strike (Q): Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5; Cost: 40; Range: 400
Myra leaps to a target, striking at them with her dagger, dealing Physical damage and slowing them by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds. This is an auto attack reset.
Razor Snare (W): Cooldown: 15ish seconds, 2 charges; Cost: 1 charge Range: 750
Passive: Myra periodically stores up a Razor Snare, up to 2. Large monster kills reduce the charge time.
Active: Myra places a razor snare at a target location, which after a 1 second arm time becomes invisible. Traps last for 3 minutes. When triggered by an enemy it deals a small amount of Physical damage, slows the target by 40%, and applies a bleed over 4 seconds that grants true sight.
Rending Cleave (E): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 50 Range: 500 units / 90 degree cone
Myra cleaves the area in front of her with her axe, dealing Physical damage to all units, slowing them by 50% for 2 seconds and healing her. Champions hit increase this heal. If a target is already slowed Myra stuns them for 1.5 second instead.
Hunting Ground (R): Cooldown: 120/90/60; Range: 900; Radius: 1000
Passive: Myra gains 10/20/30% increased movespeed in brush that persists for 3 seconds. This movespeed is doubled towards targets affected by razor snare in a 4000 range.
Active: Myra claims a large area as her Hunting Grounds. While in this area she gains 30/40/50% Bonus movespeed and 60/70/80% increased attack speed, and lowers her cooldowns by 2 seconds. All enemies in the area are immediately marked and are re-marked every 1 second.
