Why doesn't Poppy and Taric get a texture update?

I'm glad champions like Gragas, Gangplank, Tristana, and other champions got a Texture update, and with new changes to they're abilities, though I feel like Riot completely forgot about Taric and Poppy. I been playing since Xerath release and to me it seems like Riot completely just avoided them, unlike other champion like Olaf who look sort of okay, those champions actually got good skins, while poppy has 1 skin that doesn't look horrible, and Taric has out dated skins, even though Taric Armor of the Fifth Age may be the sexiest skin alive, it still needs some updating.

If Riot can't make any updates to Taric or Poppy at least give his cigar
