Lore: Born to a warrior family in Noxus, Savas was an outcast. He preferred a paint brush to a sword. His family disowned him, leaving him in the ruins of Ionia as a child. Here he mastered his art and found what he needed to prove he was as good as any other Noxian. Here he found the Moonstone. Its power surging through him, he was able to bring his art to life.

Abilities: Passive: Ink Well - Savas' abilities cost Ink which replenishes at a rate of -----. The more Ink in his well, the more damage they deal. Q: Burst of Creativity - Savas throws out a drawing in a circle in front of him, knocking up the first enemy champion hit, dealing ----- + % enemy health W: Sculpt the Details - Savas sculpts a clone of himself that taunts nearby enemies for ----- sec E: Inspire Them - Passive: grants health regen equal to % max health (unavailable on cooldown) - Active: Area-of-Effect heal, heals for ----- + % max health R: Wrath of the Paint - Savas is slowed for ----- sec, after this duration he is rooted and a large area around him is covered in a storm of ink, dealing ----- for 4 sec or until canceled.
