New Champ

Create a champ who is more categorized as a normal everyday working class person. Like an office guy named "Bob" who wears a suit and tie carrying a briefcase and pot of coffee. Maybe he'd throw laptops at the enemy causing electric charges and has a pot of hot coffee that burns and melts you. He could have a shield option when he eats a doughnut or bagel or his tie could slap or grab somebody and then for his ulti he could kinda be like Gnar and change into a big ol busted out RAGER ripping out of his suit and tie from the conforming anger of office politics/pressure just like an incredible hulk type guy and be tanky as hell. Consider it please. lol
