No name yet, just an idea; New Global Ult Adc/TopLaner

I just thought of this, a new adc or maybe top laner, who's theme is kind of like special forces. His/Her Q would be a mid range skillshot, and it's just the , sort of like a Q, but a skill shot. The W could be a grappling hook type skill shot and would work like Q. The E would be somewhat like Shrooms but is a laser trip mine which would be placed between two walls, when walked through the trap activates and damages, slows, or stuns the opponent. The ult would be a global ult, where a plane or anything else would fly by, raining bullets down on the area, like a mix of ult and Ult. Just a concept for now, any ideas or opinions, let me know, thanks c:
