A Female Yordle in/from Shurima

There's no way I'm going into the specifics of gameplay or visual design in this post, since I'm not a professional (nor the best artist), but I've noticed a few lore niches that could be filled by a neat champ. I know that some of these affiliations are vague and cursory, but bear with me, and let me know if I'm missing anything. (I'm not counting skins or reworks.)

  1. As of this post, it has been two years since a Shuriman champion's release (Taliyah). Since then, Riot has released champions affiliated with most other major regions besides the Shadow Isles, Demacia, and Zaun.
  • One Noxus champ (Kled)
  • Two Freljord champs (Ornn, Ivern kinda)
  • One Piltover champ (Camille)
  • Three Ionia champs (Xayah, Rakan, Kayn)
  • One Targon champ (Zoe)
  • One Void champ (Kai'Sa)
  • One Bilgewater champ (Pyke)
  1. There are no (confirmed) Yordle champions directly affiliated with Shurima (or the Void, or Targon). Currently, there are Yordle champions affiliated mainly with:
  • Zaun (Ziggs)
  • Demacia (Poppy)
  • Bandle City (Tristana, Teemo, Rumble, Veigar and Lulu kinda)
  • Ionia (Kennen)
  • Piltover (Heimerdinger, Corki)
  • Bilgewater (Fizz kinda)
  • Freljord (Gnar kinda)
  1. There are only three female Yordle champions (as opposed to ten males), and the most recent female Yordle (Lulu) was released six years ago, in 2012.

So I see an opportunity here. We haven't had a Shuriman champ for awhile, nor a Yordle champ affiliated with Shurima (unless you count Amumu, whose race and origins are kept ambiguous), and it's been 6 years since a female Yordle was released. I have a vague idea for an Indiana Jones tomb raider/explorer themed character––maybe with a whip for a weapon, since there aren't any whips in League yet––but I'm curious about what you folks think.

Not directly confirmed, but it is heavily implied by Riot that Amumu is a Yordle. When the splash arts of all Yordles got updated to give them all 4 fingers on each hand, Amumu was included. And Amumu was listed as one of Teemos Yordle allies in his birthday palooza.

Thinking about it again, the fact that he is listed as a Yordle ally in that palooza is an indirect confirmation of him being a Yordle.

I agree that we could use another female Yordle, but since Amumu already exists, I would prefer her to come from the Shadow Isles. No new Shadow Isles champion since Kalista (longer ago than Taliyah by quite a bit) and it could be interesting to see a Yordle being undead or just surrounded by undeads.

PS: Kayn is officially an Ionian champion, so we got 3 new Ionians in that time and 1 new Noxian (Kled).

I made a Female Yordle from Bilgewater inspired by another player.

i would prefer an undead yordle from the shadow isle that is an assassin... or a minion mancer.
