Shambles (character concept)
Shambles - the tricksters god's severed hand
Lore: Shambles was once a prophet to an ancient god of trickery and deceit. After decades of spending his life traveling the lands of Runeterra spreading the joy of trickery and the teachings of his god, he was rewarded with a gift for his devotion. The gift of immortality. However he now questions if it was truly a gift or if it was a final trick (still a gift in Shambles' eyes) from his wonderful god, for his god has grown silent in recent centuries and people no longer care for his teachings. With little options left to his disposal he seeks to take his trickery to a larger stage and showcase the power of deceit in all its forms in the summoner's rift. He is incredibly strong in many magical arts but chooses to only use those that show a flair of trickery and deceit, for he doesn't wish anyone true harm, he is just a humble servant wishing to spread the teaching of his god in he best way he can.
Appearance: A rainbow or brightly cloaked and hooded figure, he is in no way a malevolent person but a fun and joyous one. Although some might call him insane.
Overview and intentions: The intention behind this champion was initially to make a tank support champion that didn't just rely on a kit full of cc to lane/harass/teamfight and didn't have any inherit "minigame" mechanic. The champion aims to be a bodyguard of sorts with the power of situational strength and looks to amplify and set up damage rather than deal it himself.
Passive - After not taking damage and being unseen for 20/15/10 seconds you may take the appearance of a friendly champion, you also use their basic attack as your own. This is canceled upon taking damage or casting an ability.
Q - Curve ball: CD: 12/11/10/8.5/6 Cost:80 mana Throw a ball that bounces up to 2 times, slowing 25% and growing 50% after each bounce. You can redirect the bounces by casting again in a different direction. After hitting an enemy, or upon hitting the ground after the second bounce, the ball pops dealing (70/110/150/185/220 + 70% AP) damage to nearby enemies. (If controlling the ball after bounces isn't possible then it could work like a mixture of Ziggs q and Victor e)
W - Switcharoo: Cd:30/28/26/24/20 Cost: 100 mana Trade places with a friendly champion and gain a shield equal to 10% of their max health.
E - Party Favor: CD: 15/13/11/9/6 Cost: 25/30/35/40/50 mana Duration: 2.5/2.75/3/3.5/4 Place a shield that absorbs (25/50/75/100/125 + 1/2/3/4/5% of your max health) damage on a hostile enemy. If you deplete the shield it explodes for twice that damage.
R - Rule change: CD:100/80/60 No cost Change the rules on your next ability. Cast again to cancel the effect.
Q - Now has a large knock back effect and deals 25/50/75% more damage.
W - Allows trading places with enemy champions after a 1 second cast, still gives a shield based on their max health. Also stuns the target for .25/.5/.75 seconds
E - Can cast on allies, if the shield is depleted it heals _only_the ally for 200/250/300% of the absorb amount.
