Rek'Sai Questions

I was just wondering:

Is Rek'Sai some re-iteration or new version of Omen? I was doing a side-by-side comparison of the looks of Rek'Sai from the teaser trailer and a photo of Omen I found, and they seem really similar. Is there any correlation between the two? Or is Rek'Sai some new idea that had no origination in Omen at all?

What do you guys think?

I've always wanted to see Omen come back and I was really hyped for Rek'Sai's announcement. Thanks for everything guys!
