vote picking future skins :)

I have this idea of skins the thing is before a while of the next patch riot give us choices of what skins that we want coming by only giving there names for example ( arcade yasuo zombie wukong or Arclight brand ) and every one of us has 2 pick only 1 and cant change his choice after picking then at the end of the voting time riot checks the highest voted skin and make it this will give people skins that they wish for and want really bad like me arcade yasuo and give riot more gold agree ? :) sorry for my bad English and plz replay byeeee

I do like the concept of voting for future skins, but I feel like it should be something that isn't quite finished yet. Like having maybe concept art as some means to help people decide which champion skin they would like. But I would hope with all entries they get there way to being made and it's not something like since X won the skin vote all he other skins will be scrapped!
