With the release of Safecracker Evelyn, Pickpocket Twitch, Captain Volibear, and Constable Trundle I thnk the fith skin should be Judge Jayce with a Huge Gavel and The judges robes of course! What does everyone else think? Or how about a Judge Nasus?!!
I think that the Judge Jayce would be sick. He would have the black robes and his recall could be him popping up onto his "podium" with his name tag. Just spit balling some ideas.
