New champion concept - Visual Prowess

Yo. So you know how we have all these cool champions but we don't have ANYONE who thrives using their eyes. Now I know some of you are gonna be saying-- FUKIN COPY NARUTO SCRUB. Yes, this is where I got my idea from but It is going to be entirely different. I want him to be mainly in physical form with some kind of weapon, preferably a katana or fists. And he can only activate his visual prowess when he is roughly damaged. Tell me what you guys think and I will probably make a champion concept for this person.
