Saiyans
i would love to have a saiyan champion that has a super saiyan mode,kamehameha,super speed leap of some sort,power charging ability and what ever fits the champion to complete his set

Doesn't really fit the League lore. Maybe some sort of elemental warrior with magical powers, but a Saiyan specifically isn't appropriate for Runeterra.
