PS:Im not very good with the whole stats side of things, so I may be very far off,but hey, its worth a try I guess.

NAME : Hush - The Hound Hunter

Discription: Hush is an assassin mage that can be used for his tracking ability in the jungle or magic abilities to dominate lane.

Stats: Hush is ment to have a decent mana regen and mid to high health similar to that of elise.His attacks are ranged,but the idea is that he can slot in many roles and possibly be built hybrid like Kayle.

Health: 529.4 (+80 per level) Attack Damage: 50.54 (+3 per level) Attack Speed: 0.625 (+1.75% per level) Movement Speed: 325 Health Regen: 5.705 (+0.6 per level) Armor: 22.128 (+3.35 per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level)

Passive:Hush’s hounds sniff out nearby enemy champions who are damaged.Movement Speed is increased by 30% within a 1400 range and direction of a sensed enemy.Hitting champions or monsters with KILLSHOT or w tags them and triggers a bleeding trail revealing their movement path for 4 seconds. During this time Hush can Unleash the hounds to attack tagged targets.Hush gains one extra hound for a run down of a tagged target. (maximum hounds 4)

(Q)KILL SHOT: Cost: 20 Mana per shot Range: 600 Hush modifies his basic attacks by empowering his rifle’s cartridge of bullets with dark magic.Basic attacks with Kill shot activated Deals 40/60/80/90/100 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage.

(W)TERROR HUNT: Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana Range: 425 Hush’s dark magic absorbs into his target dealing 40/65/85/105/140 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage,terrifying his target for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s)

(E)FETCH!: Cost: 40 Mana Range: 450 Hush sends a hound to attack nearby targets for him, replacing his basic attack against targets within the hounds range.Their attacks deal magic damage to enemies.FETCH! also grants life steal to Hush and his Hounds. For 6 seconds, hush gains 14/16/18/20/22% Life Steal.For each bite from the hound the enemy is slowed for 0.5 seconds

(R)UNLEASH THE HOUNDS!:Hush releases all of his hounds and orders them to run down any sniffed out targets.The hounds have double the amount of movement speed that Hush has at any time.The hounds chomp at their target dealing 110(+100% bonus Attack Damage)(+60% Ability Power) magic damage, slowing their Movement Speed by 35/40/45/50/55% for 4 seconds.

Lore: There are few dwellers, let alone champions, residing in the blasted and dangerous lands that lie south of the Great Barrier. Much of that world still bears the scars of past Runes Wars, especially the mysterious Kumungu Jungle. There are long-forgotten treasures in these strange places which many risk life and limb to acquire.

It is said that a great hunter lost his way while tracking a deer with his hounds deep into the inhospitable jungle.There where he stumbled upon a cave full of treasure,the hunter decided to make use of the cave to survive the night. Deamon sounds and ghostly voices can be heard coming from the biles of the cave.He and his hounds were attacked and killed by a vicious cougar whilst asleep in the haunted cave.They say that the man and his hounds rose again possessed by the souls of fallen soldiers, and driven by a dark magic that plagues the treasures they guard. The hunter uses his evil sorcery and beastly tracking hounds to sniff out the life of those who dare venture through the dense wildlands.

I actually really think this is a summoner that could work. Though I am unsure of how you'd control the summons, the idea could work great. I just have a few issues.

Passive: The passive has ideas of a really good passive, but it's way too strong and similar to a different champion, that being Warwick's E. I'd say remove the movement speed increase by damaged targets, give his passive a small bleed effect that actually deals damage when you hit enemies with your spells and let him gain speed through that bleed.

Q: WAY too strong. 100 bonus damage per auto-attack is crazy, especially with a 40% AP scaling. Thankfully, it's just numbers and numbers can be changed.

W: Looking at this spell, I can only think of Fiddlesticks' Q. It's 0.25 seconds shorter has 100 range shorter cast, but burst ontop of it. I know it's hard to be original, but this simple spell seems like a ripoff. It is better than Fiddle's Q because the .25 shorter duration doesn't make up for the damage. If you changed it to a static 1.25 seconds fear, it might work better.

E: This spell replaces your auto-attack and uses resources that your ultimate uses too. I think you should find an entirely different spell for his E as letting his hounds go seems like something he'd do with his ult only and the theme of letting them go should be reserved for that. This is also the second attack-replacement he has and that just doesn't work right.

R: The spell isn't so problematic except that the hounds only go for sniffed out targets. Their damage should also maybe be reworked as their damage is quite extreme. Am I right in asuming these are basically like Yorick's ghouls in how their AI would work?

Lore: He sounds like a character from the Broken Isles with all the death and ressurection and such. That is all.

Overall: To be honest I don't see why you've put him as a mage. To me he'd seem like an ADCaster and I think you should add bonus AD scalings to all his spells as that is exactly how I'd play him with his current kit (And lore).

Now I hope I understood the spells correctly as some of the kit was a little uncertain. Hope you could use this review for something.
