Guys the end of the season nears ever closer, and upon playing ranked i have noticed that zyra being a somewhat old champion only has 2 skins so far and the last skin she got was last years halloween "haunted zyra" i think the victorious skin should be "Victorious Zyra" what do you guys think??

Victorious skins are for champions who were very strong(primarily in competitive) throughout the season,so there's just no way in hell zyra will be the one to get it.
There's also the issue that they hate the champion and would like to forget she even exists,but that's less relevant than the first two statements.

No,vayne was invisible competitively for the vast majority of the season.
Didn't you notice the constant sivir nerfs on pbe,that's because of her competitive presence.
Honestly it's most likely sivir,with a slight chance for varus/kog,but really,sivir was by far the most dominant,it would be very inconsistent if she didn't get the skin,definetly not vayne though.
