Small-scale Talon rework idea??

I am aware of the upcoming rework that Riot has been looking forward to. As a Talon main since his release, I'm also looking forward to what Talon has in store for him, while keeping his kit around the same.

To keep it forward, in addition to a whole new passive to his kit...i feel as though Talon would benefit greatly for an extra passive in one of his abilities, say getting a point into his Ultimate would allow him to pick an ability that he may use twice(or something like that). Another example would be to give him a whole new Q in the form of a medium range knife skillshot, with a bleed or something.

Hell, even two charges on his E would make me completely happy with Talon's kit.

Just something that i was thinking about today. Anybody have any thoughts aboot des eh?
