The thing is we have Veigar to fill in mid and I cant see Vel'Koz being in any other spot, sure he can do supp but we just got Blitzcrank, he could do an Arcade skin tho, Arcade skin line needs a mid laner and before you say "But hes evil" then what about Hecarim?
I'd like to see a Cuddle Monster Vel'Koz to be honest. So have something similar to the skin that Gnar has where he has the Dinosaur pajamas or something but instead he is a plush octopus.
