Twitch is also in need. Riot gave him a full visual update for the purpose of making skins easier to make for him. They've made 2 skins since (SSW and Pickpocket), and both are trash. He also hasn't gotten a new skin in 2 years.

Also, Haunting Zyra? Skin will be available for Harrowing and it's amazing.
