What exactly do you mean by "Blitz totality skin"? How can I imagine that?

Totality is where the moon totally blocks out the sun. There should be one point in the game where an eclipse occurs, and the game goes night time for 1-2 mins. The stars come out and the backdrop looks completely different. During this time, totality applied to a character, like Blitz, or Syndra would be a good example. That character would look completely black and white light would radiant off of their body blinding the visions of others. Think of a black silhouette with white light rays streaming from it. Those white rays would cover a considerable portion of the screen.

The total eclipse is August 21st, so this would make the game mirror the real thing nicely.
