Champion Concept: Iset, the Golden Voice
Hello Everyone.
A few nights ago, in the late hours of the dark, I created a champion and kit.
Essentially, what I was created, was an opera singer champion. Not one of those large ladies you see in cartoons, but a slender woman, with a voice and heart of gold. She's a support who works best when always near her carry at all times, due to her passive and abilties
The catch to her?
She's from Noxus. Now, a calm woman character coming from this region seems like a weird idea, considering the types of champions we have seen from Noxus (Draven, Talon, Katarina, and Sion for example). But that's why I liked the idea of her being from Noxus, to contrast from the other characters that represent the nation. It was a tie between Noxus and Freljord, but I liked the idea more of a Noxus Opera Singer. (Maybe a Freljord themed starting skin, if she actually managed to become a champion?).
Anyways, onto the character's kit (Who I shall call Iset, as a placeholder name)
Passive: Duet
Iset can choose between her four ally's and bond with them. When the bonded is near her, Iset will inherit 5/10/15 percent of their highest stat for herself. (She will not steal the percentage, simply mimic it. The passive will increase the percent amount at level 8 and 16). In return, the selected ally will gain these benefits from her as the game goes on, based on how long they have been bonded
5 Minutes: Small Boost to Attack Speed (4%) 10 Minutes: Small Lifesteal and Spellvamp Boost (4%) 15 Minutes: Bonus 20 movement speed 20 Minutes: Bonus 20 Attack Damage and 20 Ability Power Past 40 Minutes: All previous stats are doubled.
The idea for this passive came from the idea of making a support that would help a struggling carry stay relevant if they fell behind in lane or get stomped, while making a strong carry a monster late game. This will give the enemy team a reason to try and close games earlier before they can reach their late game.
Q: Serene Voice
Isets voice sends out a skillshot that when it reaches the end of it, creates a small area of effect that slows enemies, speeds up allies, and does damage over time to enemy champions standing in it. If the skillshot is shot through an ally champion, the area of effect will grow large, and the slow will be stronger, but the skillshots range will be reduced.
The idea behind this ability, was not only to help catch up to fleeing enemy champions or slow down those trying to make a free kill out of her carry, but to set up kills for an aggressive carry. Not only that, but it would help set up hard initiations from her jungler, or retreat from a bad play or bad initiation.
W: Sacred Bond
Passive: Iset recieves bonus armor and magic resistance for every assist they obtain (3 armor and magic resistance, 30 HP). If she obtains a kill, she will lose some of the armor and MR she has obtained from this passive for three minutes. This can happen up to four times. In addition, she will benefit less from buying tank items (Tank stats are reduced by 20 percent) Active: Iset shields a ally with a song of assurance. If the shield is broken, the ally will recieve a boost to their AD and AP for five seconds. All damage the shield absorbs, Iset will take a portion of it to her current HP, as true damage.
This idea came from the thought of a champion that would sacrifice their well being to benefit her teammates. The passive would give players a reason to settle for getting assists and giving the kills to their teammates. But at the same time, she won't become crazily tanky late game at the same time.
E: Song of Renewal
Iset resets the cooldown of the last basic ability her bonded ally has used with a song of energy. However, the cooldown of the ability Iset reset is added onto the cooldown for Song of Renewal, which is on a long cooldown as well. Song of Renewal does not reset spells with a cooldown lower than 2 seconds, or reset toggle or transformation spells.
The idea for this ability is from wanting another champion with resets. But instead of resetting her own abilities, she resets her bonded ally's ability. She wouldn't be able to spam this reset spell, so the bonded ally will have to make her reset count.
Ultimate: True Harmony
Iset, hitting the perfect key, unleashes her ally's true potential, giving them a significant boost in AD and AP for seven seconds, as well as taking all of their abilities off of cooldown. However, True Harmony will add the cooldowns of every one of her bonded ally's basic abilities, and add them onto the cooldown of True Harmony. In addition, thirty percent of the damage her bonded ally takes during True Harmony, Iset will asborb that damage instead. Iset's health cannot go past 5 percent of her total health while True Harmony is active. True Harmony cannot be activated unless her bonded ally is within range of her passive.
The idea for True Harmony came from the idea of Iset unlocking her bonded carry's full potential, while sacrificing her well being. It can be used for going on the offensive, when beginning a teamfight, or on the defensive, to asborb damage for her carry when aggressors manage to catch up to them, or to turn the tide of a lost battle around at the last second.
Champions Iset works well with

Iset and Draven make both a wonderful performance, and a deadly combo. Iset's slows and shields will help Draven both kill his foes, or defend him against agressors trying to cut the show. Iset's Song of Renewal will also let Draven continue catching axes when he "purposefully" drops his axes

Serene Voice will easily set up a enemy group for Miss Fortune's full force of Bullet Time. Sacred Bond will keep her from taking too much damage from opponents, and Song of Renewal will let Miss Fortune double up on her Double Up

While Iset and Mordekaiser are in different genres of music, they make for a duo to be reckoned with. Iset's Song of Renewal will let Mordekaiser bring out two sets of Mace of Spades. Sacred Bond will keep Mordekaiser's shields intact, while giving up her own health to help the Iron Revenant dish out even more pain.

Even an opera singer can enjoy some rock and roll (I'm so sorry for that). Serene Voice will easily set up an enemy team for a easy Unstoppable Force from the Shard of the Monolith
Champions that Iset struggles with

The Steam Golem will have a fun time keeping the duet of Iset and her bonded ally apart. Blitzcranks Rocket Grab will drag away Iset or her bonded champion away from each other, and cost them either their summoner spells, Iset's shield, or even one of their lives.

The bond Iset and her carry share is a strong one. But neither of them will be able to resist the beauty of the Nine Tailed Fox if she can land a well timed Charm. Iset will watch helplessly as her bonded ally gets pulled away against their wishes, or Iset herself will experience being charmed herself. Not even Serene Voice will be able to keep the fox away once she uses Spirit Rush to catch up to the duo, before bringing their song to and end in a flurry of fox fire.

The Rabble Rouser's Explosive Cask will send the duet far away from each other. On top of that, his Body Slam and Barrel Roll will keep Iset from reaching her ally to activate Sacred Bond or True Harmony. On top of all this, Drunken Rage will make short work of Sacred Bond, with it's health damage.

Heroic Charge will shove Iset or her bonded ally away from each others range. Hammer Shock's heath damage will easily shatter Sacred Bond's shield, while Steadfast Presence's defenses will keep Poppy relatively safe from the bonus damage the ally receives. And Keepers Verdict will make sure that Iset can't reach her bonded ally to keep them safe or unlock their true potential with True Harmony.
So yeah, this is Iset and her kit. This is literally the first time I've ever done this. I mainly posted this because my friends said that I should share this. I even thought of interactions for her as well, if anyone is interested in them. This was all for fun. [slayer-jinx-wink]
