I think if riot launched a South African server it would enlarge their player pool. Please riot I know around 40 Dota players who would play league if you had a server who had less ping then 150, and i dont even know a lot of people if i know 40 people i know for a fact there is far more then 2000 players witch means more money for riot so plz make a server near south Africa. Please Riot!

Same. Definitely I am a player of League that currently plays on the EUW server. The EUW server isn't bad, but since i am in South Africa my ping never differs from 200 ping. I feel that there would be more players if u made an African server Thank You

Why wouldn't it be in Nigeria, the internet capitol of Africa? By then, they could have secured a connection to EUW. Either way, it would be best to locate it not so far from stable connections. I wouldn't exactly call the southern section of Africa as industrialized as the upper coastal sections.

South Africa seems to be the only country far south with a strong internet usage. Logistically, it doesn't seem likely anytime soon.
i cannot handle this 200 ping, I lose ranked games because of it and can't compete. I recently downloaded dota 2 just because of my horrible lol experiences. If there was to be a server in southern Africa then I would be the happiest person on earth. I have a group of at least 20 friends that also play lol and would love a south African server due to the disappointing experiences we've been having lately.
