Rotating Gamemode Idea - FFA
I have an idea for a gamemode to add to the rotating schedule, Free-for-all mode. It could be done on a new map or summoner's rift, either could work. I'll try my best to explain every aspect of it.
Champ Select The gamemode will consist of 7-8 players (I say 7 because if there's 8, a new announcement for a Septa-Kill or something like that). Each player will then be able to ban 1 champion, before everyone is allowed to blind pick. The interface would be somewhat different, as there would only be you in the middle. The bans would be shown at the top of the screen. There would be equally spaced players divided into 2 rows as normal in the loading screen, but only you would be blue - everyone else, of course, would be red.
Game Start Like in ascension, each player will start in a ring base where they can buy items, and when the game starts they will be teleported to a random spawn location somewhere on the map. To win, you must reach a certain amount of kills. You would only be able to buy when you died and returned to your summoning platform, as recalling would be disabled.
Map There would be buffs available and dragon on the map. Of course these would have reduced spawn timers. If the gamemode is hosted on summoner's rift, all towers would be destroyed and the two bases will be made inaccessible to the players. Jungle camps would be disabled, however scuttlecrab would still be there for you to kill and gain vision from.
General Rules Death timers - Fixed at 10 seconds Minions - Disabled Recall - Disabled Camps (excluding scuttle and buffs) - Disabled Summoner Spell Cooldowns - 50% Summoner Teleport - Disabled Passive EXP Gain - Enabled Starting Level - 3 Starting Gold - 1300
I believe this would make a very fun gamemode, and I would love to see something like this implemented in the game. If you have any other ideas, feel free to share them :)
