Rotating Gamemode Idea - FFA

I have an idea for a gamemode to add to the rotating schedule, Free-for-all mode. It could be done on a new map or summoner's rift, either could work. I'll try my best to explain every aspect of it.

Champ Select The gamemode will consist of 7-8 players (I say 7 because if there's 8, a new announcement for a Septa-Kill or something like that). Each player will then be able to ban 1 champion, before everyone is allowed to blind pick. The interface would be somewhat different, as there would only be you in the middle. The bans would be shown at the top of the screen. There would be equally spaced players divided into 2 rows as normal in the loading screen, but only you would be blue - everyone else, of course, would be red.

Game Start Like in ascension, each player will start in a ring base where they can buy items, and when the game starts they will be teleported to a random spawn location somewhere on the map. To win, you must reach a certain amount of kills. You would only be able to buy when you died and returned to your summoning platform, as recalling would be disabled.

Map There would be buffs available and dragon on the map. Of course these would have reduced spawn timers. If the gamemode is hosted on summoner's rift, all towers would be destroyed and the two bases will be made inaccessible to the players. Jungle camps would be disabled, however scuttlecrab would still be there for you to kill and gain vision from.

General Rules Death timers - Fixed at 10 seconds Minions - Disabled Recall - Disabled Camps (excluding scuttle and buffs) - Disabled Summoner Spell Cooldowns - 50% Summoner Teleport - Disabled Passive EXP Gain - Enabled Starting Level - 3 Starting Gold - 1300

I believe this would make a very fun gamemode, and I would love to see something like this implemented in the game. If you have any other ideas, feel free to share them :)

It'd be fun, I agree, but there is one thing that I do not agree with. I think it can't be done in SR. You'd need another map for this game mode. It's necessary.

I like this idea a lot but it needs to be somewhat balanced around certain key points:

  • At a certain point, everyone will be playing tanks/bruisers so they don't give other players a chance to get kills.
  • Needs to have a time limit.
  • Players need access to some kind of ward/vision item.
  • Getting kills is fine, but there needs to be some kind of other strategic objective for players who can stall out the game. Not all champions are capable of killing others as fast as assassins. Probably an objective at the center of the map like KotH. Either that or if you're on a killing spree, passively gain points.
  • Needs to have a positive/negative effect when going on a killing spree. Probably like ascension, you get more points when killing enemies while on a spree (or gain points passively until shutdown), but enemies have true sight of you and you are affected by grievous wounds.
  • No spawn camping
  • Needs brush arrangement for champs like Rengar and Teemo as well as wall/terrain placements for champs like Talon
  • Champs with team reliant ultimates such as Shen and Galio will be at a significant disadvantage.
  • Self healing/sustain needs to be nerfed heavily to prevent abuse (e.g. Warmogs cannot be purchased). However relics will be available around the map.
  • It may need to have capture Greater Relics (Lightning/Shield) like old Dominion which enable special effects to spells/auto attacks/health for a time period. The buff can be transferred upon kill
