Promotional summoner icons

So I've been wondering and or thinking for a while now about asking riot to do some kind of promo summoner icon that unlocks for summoners automatically as a reward for purchasing an entire skin set ex. project skins, heartseeker, etc. As I just think it would make sense to reward summoners for spending quite a few bucks to achieve this feat. A cheap lil summoners icon would be a nice lil incentive to go the extra mile and grab a couple more skins to complete a set. On the flipside to this, i feel they could even make it a temporary unlock for example if they released more skins for a set in which you might have previously had completed then you would lose the summoner icon until you again purchased the new skins completing your set again. thoughts anyone? Riot?
