Has anyone else wondered why there are no Plague Doctor skins in the game? There are several champions who could pull one off, Singed, Swain, Azir, and Karthus are just a few. Hopefully Riot adds one some day, that would be a dream come true.

IIRC a couple reds commented on the old thread for that too so it's not entirely impossible.
Hex the FenFen1 votesIf Singed doesn't get it, which he really should, I feel like Plague Doctor Bard would also work nicely since his model and his mask would work really well with it. I dunno could be a cool Halloween skin
