Ao Shin Idea

Just an idea, for a 'unique' character that does both damage as a mid laner, but able to support teams. He has a 'form change' in a way, either an ultimate skill or passive his 'mobile' or 'standard' form is for damage, and is a range zone damage dealer but slow. His other form would involve curling around a tower, loosing all movement and getting specific skills in the AOE around the tower, more supportive in theory as well. Could have a blast with the particle effects with that, and really bring out the 'thunder god/dragon' theme.
