new champ???

So the champs name is gonna be sinla, her q will cost 20 mana and it hits an enemy they are stunned ita small ball of fire and her w will give her speed will cost 40 mana and her e will will bring balls of fire down on to the enemy will cost 80 mana and her r will bring a big ballof fire thats goes through the enemies and back it will cost 100 mana. u can turn into fire or ice form u first start off as a normal human and at lvl 7 u change forms her moves wont be different. sinla is mostly mid but u can play adc with her
