Don't Change Cassio , change Swain!!

I just heared about the Mage Update planed for Mid-Year and as a Midlane Main I am happy about changes for Mages ;) But I don't think Cassio needs Change. I like her Passive(becomeing a Lategame Monster and Sinergy with E farming) ,Q(kiteing) , E (Tons of Damage , unique in the mechanic and in my Favorite Spell on her). The W is ok it helps with your E to get passive stacks and her ult is Nice For Teamfighting and catching people. So why change her?

The Mages of the update might be immobile and besides Cassio that might be a Problem but for cassio you don't need to be mobile or gank other lanes since you want to farm like Nasus or Veigar. That means your role is to have an impact in Teamfights and be a Lategame carry. I think cassio is in a good spot right now and** needs no change**. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Instead the Mage who** needs a change** the Most is Swain: His Q and E feel out dated and compared to other champions very dull and toneless. His R is ok, it might need a Visual update tough. His passive is to weak , I mean Katrus has this passive on his E so maybe move it to an ability to and give him a new one, something that fits his theme of beeing the Master Tactician. AND now to get to one of the Worst spells in League his W which should be called **Neverhit **because the delay is honestly far to long and for example simmilar spells are better in every aspect, best example for that is Sorakas E which has higher Dmg, silences and I think is also cheaper in mana Cost. This is just redicolus, a support spell that does more dmg and has better cc?? Say What?
