Refund Points Increased?

So, most of us are getting tired of running out of Refund Points, maybe we weren't happy with the skin we bought, maybe they release a new skin/champion that you wanna get and maybe you just feel like getting another skin/champion! But.. What if Riot release a Refund Points Shop? That you can buy new Refund Points for either RP or IP, probably around 500 RP per Point, and that you could have like max 10 Refund Points per time, so when you waste 1/10, you have 9 and can still buy another one.

That would be profit for both Riot and the player himself since Riot earns all the money, but we can play satisfied with our new/better skins that we just got, thanks to Riot's new system!

I'd probably say that this tab would be under Accessories, if not Riot now decides to make a new Shop Tab for things based around your player, and maybe you could ever buy IP with RP, 5725 IP for 975 RP? That kind of sounds fair.

Anyways, if any of the Riot workers read this, please think of this and spread your thoughts with all of the workers on Riot. This is a great idea so that people can actually refund their boughts!
