Skin Idea - Pharao Karthus

This...this should be the easiest way to implement a relatively cheap, but awesome skin

3 reasons why it should be a thing:

1. Karthus whole model would fit the pharao-mummy tehme perfectly. His staff could become that curved egyptian sceptre thing. His headdress becomes egyptian, he gets that classic pharaoh goatee and the colour scheme with gold/blue and lightbrown/white is easy to apply. His book might be a little harder if it becomes a papyrus scroll, or a stone plate

2. a quick 975 Rp skin with maybe a sandy animation on his E, hieroglyphs on his W's obelisks, and a bit of a colour change on Q and R.

3. Riot's recent love for expanding preexisting skin themes. We have 3 ordinary Pharaoh skins...let'S get them a fourth member.

I was honestly expecting this skin with the whole Shurima event...i was a bit disappointed
