Mini Rework Concept for Zoe

To start off, I'd like to address a few things some people may comment. Yes, I am very aware that Riot has a lot of things on their plate, this is just something I've been wanting to get off my chest for a while. And while I don't think this should have priority over everything else, Zoe did just get nerfed after all, I think this should be a consideration, should it actually be satisfactory. Personally, I've never too many problems with Zoe, I main assassins, which from my experience are what give her a hard time anyway. But I have friends that have complained, I have a couple complaints, and I've noticed high elo players commenting on the subject as well.

As for the concept itself, here it is:

Q - Paddle Star: I personally don't have very many problems with this ability, and it did just get nerfed, so I don't think it needs too much change.

W - Spell Thief: This is the big part of this concept, and a big part of my and a few others' complaints. The fact that it is so geared to RNG is a bit upsetting (The bubbles that drop spells from minions, which appear a lot more often than you'd think). I'm not a huge fan of RNG, especially if it's one of the strongest parts of a champion's kit. As of right now, there are balloons that spawn on minions, randomly, and once you kill that minion, a random summoner spell/active item drops from a select list of summoner spells/active items. This is where the problem lies, the fact that both the spawn rate is random AND the thing you get is random. I'm not going to say just make every balloon drop Flash or Heal or Gunblade. I'd like to gear this part of the ability to some form of objective. This is what I came up with after a bit of thought. Summoner Spells drop from champions as per usual, but they also drop from Dragon and Baron. I personally think active items would be a bit too powerful to remain, but this is why this post is just a concept. If Riot wishes, they can most certainly keep them, if they even see this/consider this. This is the list of drops: Champions: Same as normal Infernal Dragon: Ignite Ocean Dragon: Heal Mountain Dragon: Barrier Air Dragon: Ghost Elder Dragon: Cleanse Baron: Flash

To address a couple of comments people may post, this would mean Zoe would get less summoner spells over all, but I don't see that as a bad thing. Summoner spells are extremely powerful, and Zoe being able to cast more than any other champion in the game is really strong as is. Also, yes this doesn't completely remove the RNG element from the W, seeing as the spawns of the 4 elemental dragons are RNG. But, I don't think that is too much of an issue, I personally have never had a problem with the elemental dragons. And yes, this would also mean Zoe doesn't get ALL the summoner spells from sources other than champions, but I don't see that as a problem either, given the fact that again, these spells are really powerful as is.

E - Sleepy Trouble Bubble: The only main problem I've had with this summoner spell is the length of the sleep. I think being able to throw this from a blind spot isn't terrible, seeing as there are many champions that can take advantage of the fog of war, but there should probably be a range limit on it. I think lowering the sleep length to 1 second or 1.5 seconds at all ranks would be acceptable, given the fact that with a bit of practice, Zoe's main combo of, E forwards - R backwards - Q backwards - R return - Q forwards, should never take longer than a second.

R - Portal Jump: I don't have any issues with this ability, I like how versatile it is as well as how trolly it can be.

This concept is pretty barebones, it could probably be fleshed out a bit more. Criticism is welcome, just please make it constructive.
