Champion Concept Re-Upload: Ellanora

I don't have any numbers yet that's something I'm still working on and may need some help but I'm re-uploading this due to problems with the numbers

Lore: Like many beings in the shadow isle there is mystery behind this siren of the shadows, with a voice that drives even the sanest of human into madness many speculate that she may have been a performer or a songstress back when she was alive. Those who have seen her see her floating around with three skulls heads accompanying her. Most of the people that have seen her have died but those that have lived become lunatics. Nobody know what her relationship is with the other inhabitant of the shadow isle but those who are fortunate enough to live mumble about see a figure with holding a lantern and the sounds of chains rattling appear sometime after she leaves.

**P- Dark Accelerando ** Ellanora gains 4% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds each time she hits an enemy Champion with one of her abilities.

Q- Haunting Requiem Ellanora throws out one of her skulls and bounces between enemy units up to 3 times dealing magic damage

W- Soulful Adagio Ellanora throws one of her skulls to an enemy unit dealing magic damage and slowing them

E- Blinding Nocturne Ellanora throws one of her skulls to an enemy unit dealing magic damage and blinding them

R- Last Song Ellanora and her skull let out an ear pitching scream dealing magic damage to all enemies within 350 range each second
