Q: Whip: Skillshot whip that deals 20/45/75/100/150 physial damage with 1.0 ad scaling

W: Shred : Deals damage in an aoe circle around Mistra after the first cast the circle is bound to the first enemy struck dealing 30/40/50/60/100 physical damage and decreasing by 10/15/20/25/30 damage per hit granting 3 hits and slowing all enemies in the circle by 30% for 2 seconds on last hit the circle then explodes dealing a 3% current health bleed on the target over 4 seconds and slowing the target by 60% for 0.5 second

E: Passive: Serrated tip: For every the basic attacks applies a bleed effect for 4 seconds dealing 5/7/9/13/16 damage plus a .5 scaling ad

R: Steel Ensnare : Stuns for 1/1.25/1.5seconds and can be reactivated to jump to your target Skillshot ultimate that ignores minions 150/250/350 flat ad with .5 ad scaling .6/.6/.7

Passive: Tolerence for every 3 sources of physical damage done to Mistra damage from the next Attack is negated (also removes debuffs and darius bleed is removed)

Lore:

Base Stats: 495hp 270mana 550range 20armor 35magc resist 330move speed 4.0mana regen 1.0health regen 55attack damage 0.669attack speed

I plan on adding more to her but any helpful comments would be appriciated

Excellent Idea, but is she a marksman?Jungle? Her kit seems to be a tanky ccer that sounds cool, but being a ranked champ with her w is kinda weirdsummoner 31

Not really sure if you edited the marksman part out but her kit fits the top lane role quite well. I do however think her kit might be a bit to straight forward. Riot seems to be looking for out play mechanics right now. Keep working on it I think you can make its a great concept :3.
