I am determined to do what may seem impossible

Hi everyone! I'm Cxthree, a summoner form NA. I've played League ever since season 1 (it was ending when I hit 30.) My favorite champion is Jarven IV, I love everything about him. The problem is he has a skin, Victorious Jarven IV, that can no longer be obtained due to the fact that it is a reward for high elo in season 1. I recently hit gold this season after a 23 game win streak, a personal achievement for me considering I started in bronze 4. Riot, I will do anything, advertise, recruit more of my friends but I would love nothing more than to own that skin. The only reason I am even posting this is because I know Riot is not like other company's, I see them active in discussions all the time. At the end of the day I'm just a nice guy asking the people behind his favorite game if it would be possible to make what everyone else is telling him is not.
