Blitzcranks legs or the lack thereof

Hello everyone I just wanted to ask if I am the only one who thinks Blitzcrank could use a visual update. His kit is pretty good and a lot of fun although his w is kinda weak right now but thats not important right now. I just think Blitzcrank could really use a better model for example the lack of legs for one is IMO a big problem because it just looks weird having a badass robot with 2 gigantic arms strong enough to pull you through an entire lane but then not having legs and just duck feet. The next problem resulting from the lack of legs is his weird run animation. He walks like a penguin because he has to turn his entire body to make a step forward which leads to a pretty funny looking animation especially with high movementspeed which he has either through his w or his almost mandatory Boots of Mobility. Another problem that comes up is the topic of skins because its pretty hard to design a cool looking skin for him if he is not even allowed to have legs. A pretty good recent example is this skin concept of a conductor Blitzcrank skin (http://www.inven.co.kr/board/powerbbs.php?come_idx=2775&l=69461 ) which would not even look half as cool without legs just imagine moving the feet of this skin directly to his hip it would look ridiculous. I know that Riot did not have the experience/resources to make a better Blitzcrank model back when he was created and I understand that they did not make a visual update yet because there were and still are many champions who arguably deserve it more than him right now. Thats why I would like to know if Riot has even thought about a visual update for Blitzcrank yet and if so how much of a priority he is right now.
