[The Greatest Champion Concept Ever] Kaktus the Tag-playing Cactus

Kaktus the Tag-playing Cactus > Hello, everyone. I came up with the best and most original champion that Rito themselves wouldn't think of. I was thinking that we had a rock , a tree , and even a Bill Cosby tree as champions. Why not a cactus? This champ is meant to be less serious like Zoe. Except Kaktus actually interacts with other champions in his story.

Lore > The sun was beaming down on the sands of the desert. A family of three was walking towards Shurima for they had nowhere else to go. The family was poor and nearing the end of their water supply. However, the family was happy. They didn't seem to be bothered about how little they had. The blazing sands didn't compare to the heat coming from their happiness. Even though they were almost out of water they were still happy with what they got. Soon enough they came to a stop to rest under a rock by a cactus. "Father, let's play tag," Kaktus said. "Alright, but only for a little bit," the father said. "Yay, you're it," Kaktus said as he started to run away. Kaktus then tripped over himself. "Now you're it," the father said. Suddenly, a sandstorm came right for them. Kaktus's mother and father tried to shield him from the sand, but Kaktus already swallowed too much sand and began to suffocate. With out any hesitation, they used the last of their water to pull out Kaktus's spirit and implant it into a cactus. After the storm ended, Kaktus woke up from unconsciousness. He seemed to be a lot taller than before. He reached down towards his father's dead body. "Tag, you're it," Kaktus said. He didn't know that both his father and mother were dead. Kaktus got mad at both of them for 'sleeping' and tried to find a new person to play tag with.

Story > "Rammus!" Kaktus yelled. Rammus looked up to the sandy hill. Up on top of the hill was a cactus-being with two legs, two arms, and holes where the mouth and eyes would go. "Oh s#*t! Its that annoying kid," Rammus said as he rolled away at incredible speed. Kaktus was chasing after him in a never-ending game of tag that Rammus obviously didn't want to be involved in. Rammus could easily outrun Kaktus, but he seemed to always find him. Legend says that Rammus has the best vocabulary in the world but can't use it because Kaktus is never far behind. Rammus and Kaktus are forever intertwined to play tag.

Abilities

** Passive: Spirit of the Cactus -** Kaktus spawns cacti randomly over the map. He can then instantly teleport to any of these cacti. 180 second cooldown.

2nd Passive: Spiky Punches - Every time Kaktus auto-attacks spikes are sent into the enemy and deals damage over time.

**Q: Water Gun - ** Kaktus spits water at the enemy dealing magic damage and knocking the enemy back (like Volibear's knockback from his roar)

**W: Spiky Seed - ** Kaktus throws up can throw up to five seeds onto the target or the ground dealing damage. The seed sticks to the target for 5 seconds. If the enemy is hit by the Water Gun, the seeds grow into cacti deals bonus magic damage and slows the enemy depending on how many seeds are attached to him for 2 seconds. If the seed is on the ground and hit with the water gun it grows into a cactus dealing damage over time and slows until the enemy is off the cactus.

** E: The Green Blur -** Kaktus gains movement speed for 5 seconds and pushes any thing out of the way. Kaktus also leaves a trail of quick sand that slows the enemy and if the enemy is in the sand for 4 seconds will stun for 1 second. Whether they be an ally champion or enemy champion they will be pushed to the side. Kaktus is unstoppable for the first second. His animation looks like the wacky, inflatable tube man when he runs.

R: Tag You're It- Kaktus tags an enemy champ. The enemy then has 6 seconds to tag Kaktus back Kaktus or else it will deal 20% of the enemies max health. However if Kaktus is tagged back, Kaktus will be damaged for 25% of his max health. The Green Blur will be disabled for the first 2 seconds when Tag You're It is activated.
