Idea for game mode

So the concept is pretty simple. It would be a game mode where all champions have their original concept abilities. So like thresh ult would break the cdr cap and give someone 60% cdr on top of the cdr they already built. It doesn't have to be the original, original abilites but the original abilites that werent bug ridden and actually worked. Also release all items into the game that were removed such as the wraith/golem jungler items, feral flare, dfg etc etc. This would mean that every champion that was reworked would be returned back to their original state which means q to win gangplank, stun/nuke sion etc etc.
