Its obviously a skin for Sion! They said it would be a skin for someone, which means if either Sion or Braum based on body type. And since there isnt a shield, chances are its Sion!

Im really trying to figure out who it could be, im thinking jayce, but jayce just had a skin come out, so not really sure who.

Their masks look pretty much identical. Also, no way it's Sion because he would have an axe, also he is Noxus so why would he be fighting some kid all the way in Zaun when he'd probably be on the battlefield.
