Champion Concept: Tesla, the angry magic magnetic (wo)man of metal

Greetings

First of all, my apologies if this is a lame idea or if someone already did something similar. Also i'm an idiot, which means anything can be terribly unbalanced. Also, i'm bad with finding names and like explaining because yeah... I suck Also I didn't really include numbers, because yeah... see above...

So...

Tesla is meant to be a support who focusses on manipulating the enemy. I guess.

Passive: You are attractive Certain skills and auto-attacks apply Magnetic Force. After applying 4 - 5 (idk) stacks to the enemy champion, the enemy champion generates a magnetic field, increasing allied champions movement speed towards the enemy by X%.

Q: Magnet Toss Fire some magic-magnet particles stuff in a straight line. When it hits an enemy champion, it deals damage and connects you with the champion for x seconds. Magnet Toss applies Magnetic Force

Q recast: Pull the connected champion towards you. (Like from Black market brawlers).

W: Conveyer Belt

Place after a delay magnetic sphere or whatever just some magnet stuff. The magnet thingey attracts the enemy champion in a straight line. (Imagine placing it like a E or a R) So when enemy champion touches the line, it gets transported to the magnet thingey. Like those arrow paths in Pokemon or basically a lot of games i can't remember. Conveyer Belt cannot be placed through walls.

E: You activated my trap.

Place after a delay a circular zone on the field. When an ENEMY enters the zone, walls appear around the zone. (So a teammate can walk in the zone without activating the walls) Imagine it to be a ult where the enemy can walk in but can't walk out.

R: I am Magnet

You become a super magnet, channeling for 3 seconds and creating an area the size of a ult. All enemies running away you are slowed, but the movement speed is increased running towards you. The closer the enemy walks to you the more they are affected by the movement speed boost/slow. I am Magnet applies Magnetic force on affected enemies each 0,5 s (or more I don't know, i'm stupid)
