I was thinking what if riot made a champion that is completely dedicated to traps.

How do you mean "completely dedicated"? Like having 1 trap and the rest of the kit is utilising it or having multiple traps in the kit?
How many traps are we talking? Considering that most basic traps are already covered I feel like it would be hard to fill an entire kit, without it being unfun to play with or against.
