Amon (Marksman Champion Concept)

It's been a long time since I started working on this concept, but I think it's finally ready to show to you for some good feedback.
The champion is Amon, a former inhabitant of the Shuriman desert who left his tribe together with his father (Amon Sr.) after his sister, Taliyah, got abducted by the Noxian army. Amon and his father, respectively armed with a blade and a whip, ran into the Xer'Sai in their search. In this confrontation, Amon's blade broke and his father got killed. After managing to defeat the last few Xer'Sai with Amon Sr's whip, Amon took the remainings of his blade and father to a shaman in a nearby village. This shaman merged Amon's blade and his father's spirit in the whip. Amon was strong now, and so he continued his search for his sister, only to find her when he got back home.
So Amon is a marksman character wielding a whip imbued with his father's spirit and strengthened by shards of his old blade. All of those things are key elements to his kit, as can be seen below.
**Passive:**
**Power of the Tribe Elder**
Amon Sr absorbs the power of crit chance to deal more damage. Alternatively, Amon's attacks have a higher chance of critically striking if the target's health is low.
Buying critical strike chance doesn't actually give you critical strike chance, but increases your bonus AD. Instead, Amon's crit chance is calculated depending on the target's missing health.
If attacking a target gives Amon >50% crit chance, Amon's attacks against that target can crit, and Amon can see the crit chance per champion and large monster displayed above their character.
**Swordmaster's whip**
Some of Amon's abilities impale enemy champions with shards. These shards can be procced by auto attacking the impaled target. Proccing shards on an enemy pacifices them for 0.0/0.8/1/1.2/1.4/1.6 seconds (scales with E rank) and grant Amon a burst of attack speed for 5 seconds (scales with E rank).
Pacificed champions can still attack and cast spells, but are unable to deal damage.
Champions can only be pacified once every 23 - (1 per lvl) seconds.

When Whiplash's 5th cast comes off cooldown up until when the 5th cast is used, Amon's auto attacks become empowered, dealing true damage on hit for a maximum of 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 seconds.
**Active: **9/8/7/6/5 sec | 40/45/50/55/60 mana
**Whipslash**
Amon slashes his whip forward in a narrow line to deal physical damage in that area.
Every 5th time Whipslash comes off cooldown, Amon Sr brings all his son's blade's particles to the surface of the whip, empowering it so Whipslash deals 30/40/50/60/70% of its damage as true damage and impales champions hit with a shard.

**Entangling Flurry**
Amon swings his whip in a target direction, stopping at the first enemy hit and spreading to up to three adjecent enemies after 0.5 seconds (prioritizes targets impaled with shards).
He can repeat this action for 10 seconds (4/3.5/3/2.5/2 second internal cooldown) as long as Entangling Flurry hits champions or big monsters, dealing physical damage and applying on hit effects to all targets.
Every swing after the second swing deals a big amount of % missing health physical damage indstead of flat damage and pulls the adjecent enemies hit toward the target.
On these last swings, champions or large monsters that would grant 100% crit chance when attacked, have Entangling Flurry's range and the % missing health damage against them doubled.
Both the initial hit and the spread proc shards.

**Passive:**
Upon pricing a shard, Amon gains an attack speed boost for 5 seconds, scaling with the amount of AD he gets from his passive, Power of the Tribe Elder.
**Shard storm**
Amon Sr pulls metal shards from the whip and hovers them in a ring around Amon.
Upon reactivation, Amon tumbles a short distance in a target direction and his shards converge on the three enemies closest to Shard Storm's maximum range at his previous position, dealing magic damage to them and impaling them with a shard (if the targets are champions or large monsters).

**Father's Force**
Amon's next basic attack has extended range and makes Amon Sr latch the whip onto the target. This target can be attacked from far beyond Amon's auto attack range for the next 10 seconds.
If either Amon or the target walk too far away, both are drastically slowed as long as they don't walk closer to each other (ignores tenacity and slow resistance).
Casting other spells than Entangling Flurry breaks the tether, ending the ability early: Q: Amon slams his whip down on all enemies in a line between him and the target (hits the target too), dealing Whipslash's damage. (Breaks the tether) W: Applies Entangling Flurry's damage on hit and spreads from target. (Doesn't break the tether) E: Amon casts Shard Storm from the target's position before tumbling in a target direction. (Breaks the tether)

Crit chance with target at 100% HP: 0%
Crit chance with target at 90% HP: 5 + (2.5 per level)% (50% at level 18)
Crit chance with target at 60% HP: 10 + (5 per level)% (100% at level 18)
Crit chance with target at 30% HP: 15 + (7.5 per level)% (100% at level 11)
Crit chance with target below 10% HP: 100%

First swings flat AD damage: 15/30/45/60/75 + (1.2 boAD)
Last swings %mHP phys. damage: 9/10.5/12/13.5/15% + (1% per 200 boAD)
250 units spread range 50 units displacement (in 0.15 second)
800 units range 1600 units extended range 60 units collision radius

Passive attack speed bonus: 30/35/40/45/50 + (0.4 PotTE boAD)% Active magic damage: 60/110/160/210/260 + (0.6 AP) 800 units range from center

Maximum attack range: 750/800/850 Slow: 20-100% based off of distance
