RIOT PUT IN OPEN MIC SYSTEM FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

Riot you need to implement a communication system so that players can talk. Verbally not with crappy pings. I am so over this. CSGO, which is no-where near as strategic has an open mic system. How do you expect people to play a multiplayer strategy game effectively without mics throughout the game. It's absolutely ridiculous. Players wont rage as much because typing is completely different to actually saying something. plus they wont need to get as angry because they can communicate effectively. Games will be more synced because people can talk in champion select. Just do it. This has taken too long and it's making my games not worth it. I want to come back to League of legends and play seriously but this is the biggest issue and it isn't going away until riot does something about it. For the love of god put in an open mic system.

Not gonna happen, Riot is more concerned about players who can't use mute button instead working on being a strategic mulitplayer game

If you want voice chat, queue up with people on your friends list.

There's a bit of a distinction people miss when they bring up CS:GO as a mic comparison. On CS:GO you pick which server you play with. Don't like how people talk to one another on a certain server? Bounce to another one, and keep doing that until you find a community you jell with. We don't have that in League. We're all in this together. And as you mentioned, this game is a lot more strategic than CS:GO, so "just mute their audio" isn't a solution because inevitably people ping less with voice chat, which leaves players in a worse spot than they are currently.

So no, I don't think League should implement voice chat with random strangers. Make some friends if you want voice chat.
