Why is there no blood moon diana skin?

Diana is the scorn of the moon and yet she does not have a blood moon skin. Maybe it is just me but I find her other skins to be aight at best. I think everyone who plays Diana would buy a blood moon skin. Also maybe it was too obvious to give her a blood moon skin but I don't think s. Riot you should get on that.
