Pizza Delivery Sivir

This concept of Pizza Delivery SIvir has been around for ages. The earliest i could find was 2010. Over 8K people endorsed a petition for this skin to be made. Today, 7 years later; I'm trying to push some life into this idea once again. The skin is basically revolving around the idea that sivir now has a giant pizza instead of her normal weapon. She delivers them via her scooter (which is activated by running fast out of combat, just like the star guardian flying animations) The skin itself was actually somewhat made by riot at Pax around 5 years ago, but they have since scrapped the whole entire thing together.
