Riot help Ashe pls

ashe is not a rly good adc if you see the new one she cant be compared to them so this is a idea for rework that shoud help ashe come back in meta passive:icy shot:every third basic attack stuns the enemy champion for 1 sec dealing bonus 50 true damage plus 20%of ad the passive can be used once in 10 seconds Q:frost shot:ashe enchants her basic attacks to slow targets deal bonus 10/15/20/25/30 damage per attack each attack cost 10 mana can stack up to 7 times plus 10% of ashe ad stacks can be detonated with volley to deal extra damage. W:volley ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone dealing 150 plus 100% the stacks from frost shot can deal extra damage to make her volley deal up to 360 plus 170% ad cooldown:8 seconds on all ranks E:Hawkshot:ashe sends out a hawk to scout the area and deal damage.range:1500/2000/2500/3000/3500 damage 200 plus 70%ad cooldown on all ranks 40 seconds R:Enchanted Crystal Arrow:add a Ad ratio of 100% ad hope someone can answer on this if its good and riot coud help us with Ashe
