Why is Infernal Teemo not a thing yet? :(

I could imagine riot going full out on that idea. I mean whats the FIRST thing that pops into your head when you hear ~~satan~~ Teemo?

The first thing that pops into my head when I hear teemo? "Hmm, better get item 3211 so he can't force me out of lane.

But inferno teemo? The reason that doesn't ezist is because when I play Shyvana I burn all the teemos to ashes. So actually they do exist for a little while....just not for very long.
