Hey! I received the free mystery skin for good behavior in 2014 bit this skin is "Mordekaiser Dragon Knight". This skin isnt In the lista of Mordekaiser's skins.. It was retired or i guess that. What i can do? I want some skin T.T

The fact that you've not seen it and it isn't in his list of skins isn't too strange. It's a Legacy skin, meaning that it's an old skin that has been retired. It's impossible to get these skins except through Mystery Gifts or the few periods when Riot 'Opens the Legacy Vault' and enables them for purchase again.
The reason skins are put into Legacy status depends on the skin in question. Some, like the Lunar Revel, Harrowing, and Snowdown skins, are only available during events. Others, like your Dragon Knight Mordekaiser or my friend's Vizier Malzahar, are just old and don't have the best visuals and effects to go with them, so they're put on limited availability in order for better-looking skins to be showcased. Personally, I don't like that approach, but I've no say in the matter.

EDIT: I just got my own Mystery Skin, and it was a Legacy one. "Spectacular Sivir." I can now officially confirm that getting Legacy skins from this free gift allows you to use it in games.

I remember opening the rando box and getting Annie in wonderland....Actually, now that I think of it, because of the rando box and gifting, I own all of Garen's(the exception being steel legion), and almost all of nunu's (missing sasquatch and TPA) despite never playing them...But they're all still cool!
