Skin suggestions

I just want to run some skin ideas past the community and find out how loose skins can be. Example, I think Garen (because of his sword) would make a good Guts and Fiora (with a rapier) could be Casca or even Griffith. I realize that these skins would be based off an anime (Berserk), is that possible? can a skin be easter egg or loosely based off another character outside of league?
