Public chat - RIOT BRING IT BACK!!!

Hi, I have a lot of problems getting missions for Odyssey PvE, because I get matched with people who are stubborn mostly. If there are 3 people with the same mission need, rest of 2 will troll, pick something just to screw others, or won't play when a game starts. I am sure you know what I talk about. So I was having nostalgic memories of a good old public chat room. I know there are clans... but I'm a solo player, and most of "clans" are just made so Summoners can have some sort of a sign next to their summoner name ("R.E.K.T.", "$crewU" or even worse mentioned on this board post> https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/6lNtMEAX-extremely-toxic-club-names-and-tags < and so on...). I understand the idea of clubs, but there are more people taking it as a joke than a somewhat useful way for yourself to make a group of people play with, so... If there could be some sort of a public chat made by Riot based on servers, just like old public chat was, where people could ask, for example in need for a mission, and find a group of people that have the same mission and avoid getting situations previously mentioned.
