Anvil The Weapon Master champ concept

My first attempt at a Champ Concept don't laugh at me too hard lol i don't know much about balancing damage or damage to AD ratios or stats in general but this is just a basic rundown on the champ

Anvil The Weaponmaster

Weapon varies according to build 3 to choose from Great sword,Great AX,or Hammer (Uses the same type of pop up as Kah'Zix Evolution) Passive changes according to what weapon you use at the beginning of the match you choose 1 from the 3 each time you put a point into your Ultimate you can choose a different weapon or keep the one you have whatever you choose last is what you have for the rest of the match

Great Sword (Passive Armor pen on consecutive Basic Attack hits resets after a time stacks to 3 max per target) Fighter/Melee/Carry

Q skill "Heavy Strike" swings the sword down with great force damage +AD

W Skill "Whirlwind or Spin Strike" Spins in a circle with Sword at max length can not move Striking every thing in the radius(+AD) can be canceled by hitting W again Applies on hit effects 1 time per target

E Skill "Splitting Attacks" Active/Passive Passive Crit increased by ?? Active casts a Heal over time for % of hp for ?? sec or set amount per lvl (+AP)

R Skill/Ultimate "Massive Uppercut or Rising Strike" Anvil Charges enemy Champion And swings with Full Force Upward Damaging (+AD) or (%AD) and lifting enemy champ into the air and slowing for .1/.3/.5 sec

Great AX (Passive Cleaving Strikes each basic attack and hit adjacent target up to 3 Max) Pusher/Melee

Q Skill "Slash or Big Swing" On next basic attack anvil swings the ax in a wide arch hitting up to 5 targets in a cone in front of him

W skill "Cross Cut" Anvil slices his target 2 times dealing Bonus damage the lower the targets current Health (not a % of max health)

E skill "Ragged Cut" Active/Passive Passive the serrated edge on Anvils ax causes a ragged wound that bleeds for a short duration each lvl increases the damage but not the duration max 2 stacks Active target champion or minion receives a Deep wound from Anvils Ax bleeds for a duration and reduces incoming heals (Passive disabled till CD resets)

R Skill/Ultimate "Abandon all Hope" Anvil Swings his Ax In a Massive Wide swing dealing heavy damage to all minions and champions in a cone in front of him and knocks them back anvil takes increased damage for a few seconds after closest minions or champions take the most damage and less damage to the farther away minions or champions (gains Bonus damage the more minions or champions that are struck by the attack)

Hammer Passive (Anvil gains a Armor bonus by 2% of his max hp) Tank/Melee/Support

Q Skill "Sledge Hammer" Anvil Swings his hammer Down With 2 hands if it is targeted on a Minion or Champion it causes armor smash effect reducing its armor by a set % and deals 0.5% of anvils max Health as damage or if the skill is targeted on the ground it pops minions or champions up into the air and slows for a short duration in a Semi Circle in front of Anvil (range is Melee and a short distance out side Melee)

W Skill "Baseball Swing" Anvil Winds up and Swings his hammer like a bat launching target Champion the direction anvil a facing is champion if they collide with the terrain they are stunned and take bonus damage

E Skill "Heavy Hammer" Active/Passive Passive 15% Chance on basic attack to stun target for a few seconds reduced chance on consecutive hits Active Removes chance for stun but increases attack speed for a short/medium duration (passive disabled until CD resets)

R skill/Ultimate "Seismic Strike" Anvil Leaps a short distance and Slams his hammer down onto target champion or the ground with a strike so powerful it cracks the the ground beneath target champion or the ground in a med size circle that deals damage to all Champions,minions and a minor amount of damage to structures in the target area and slows and persists for a medium duration (AOE damage over time) any champions or minions in the target area on cast receive a damage over time debuff any champions or minions the walk into the target area are slowed and take damage while they are in the target area but do not receive the damage over time Debuff after leaving the target area.

Anvil was a Blacksmith Neutral in the war between Noxus and Demacia has made weapons for both sides things like Katarina's Blades and Garens Sword but unfailingly the war always spilled into his town destroying his forge and his home many times finally he got fed up with it and was going to go to war with both sides. He has been a master of many weapons as far back as he can remember he had never found a weapon he could not master so he crafted his favorite 3 weapons and they turned out to be the best he had ever made a Great two handed sword a Large serrated wide blade AX and a Massive Hammer that looks like an over sized Sledgehammer anvil is a Massive man able to carry all three weapons at the same time.At that time he heard about the league and that the Commanders and soldiers that have ravaged his home and craft so many times would be there he set his mind to be of no allegiance and to repay the Noxians and Demacians for destroying his trade and his home and joined the league to do so.

His shoulders are slightly larger then Darius his arms are well a Blacksmiths arms tattoos cover his arms up to his wrists tribal style his face is hard slightly aged but in good tone with the rest of him strong jaw bones and a 5 o'clock shadow Black hair gray in a few places mid length over his ears but not too his shoulders just yet.

I recommend that you dive deeper and expand on the idea of the "Weapon Master" fantasy.

In terms of the concept, I suggest not limiting the champion's weapon selection based on the ultimate's level. Rather, the champion should have access to every weapon being able to switch at a moment's notice. Maybe the weapons can be changed via skill toggle (similar to Jayce), or on-hit gimmick, or a unique item (similar to Viktor) but with an active to switch items. <-- Maybe the item gives adaptive bonus damage that scales with level. Or maybe the champion can periodically spawn spirit weapons nearby and grab them to change weapons. Who knows?

If you want to keep the ultimate level idea, you could instead use a "weapon proficiency" upgrade passive effect; which increases the passive effect of the specific weapon leveled. Then, the player can choose whether they want to invest all weapon proficiency in one weapon or be the jack of all trades, but the master of none.

Remember, these are just suggestions; you don't have to do any of them. But, keep this in mind: always strive for pushing the concept fantasy to its limits. Keep questioning your design with, "Yeah, and what else?" to push your imagination and make the concept more unique. Then, you will create something truly magnificent.

This was a design i made many years ago back before all of the Adaptive changes. i think it was around 2010 when i did this lol but i dont remember it was a little while after Kah'zix came out. i do like the idea of refreshing it a bit with newer insight and with all of the changes that have been since the original concept
